The Dior, Enchanting Gardens exhibition opened on Saturday 12 April. Visitors discover the inexhaustible source of inspiration that Christian Dior found in his gardens, this childhood garden in particular. It is to be found in countless ways in the couturier’s creations and those of the artistic directors who succeeded him. Haute Couture, accessories, tableware, makeup, perfumes… all the House of Dior’s creative worlds are involved. As a result, nature is celebrated in the creator’s childhood home, in the garden that saw him grow up.
Guided tours are organised so as to help visitors better understand the importance of gardens in Christian Dior’s life and creative process. After the Museum has closed for the day, in an intimate format (15 people maximum), visitors are given the opportunity to learn more about the history of the fashion house and its founder.
